**About this opportunity**:
We are currently looking for an experienced **People Coordinator** to join our People team, based in either Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. Reporting into the People Manager - Infrastructure & Major Projects, you’ll be accountable for assisting and supporting HR programs and initiatives to be coordinated and delivered consistently across the Infrastructure & Major Projects BU.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Coordinating strategic programs and initiatives including the Future Leaders Program
- Coordinating the Graduate Program across infrastructure & major projects
- Data analytics, monitoring and evaluating key programs and targets to help inform strategy
- Coordination of national redeployment activities including uploading Resumes and Redeployment forms to the appropriate SharePoint folder and updating the National Resourcing Tracker
- Management of the National People Infrastructure Inbox
