**Position Details**:
The position is responsible for managing tenders for contractors and services and calculating and comparing costs for required facilities management services ensuring the most cost-effective solution is utilized in facilities management services. The role works with our General Manager of Property in the planning of future developments in line with strategic objectives and assists with the onboarding and training of maintenance personnel.

**Essential requirements**:

- First Aid Certificate (maintain current)
- Drivers Licence (maintain)

**Essential skills**:

- Experience in facilities management and property maintenance and repair.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
- Basic computer literacy.
- High level organisation, time management and multi-skilling abilities.

**Desirable skills**:

- Trade qualifications e.g. carpentry/electrical/plumbing.
- Experience working with seniors.

**Salary**:
Base salary of between $70,000 and $75,000

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
