**About the Position**:
The Stadium Team Leader reports to the Customer Experience Coordinator and is responsible for overseeing the stadium including facility hire administration, scheduling of activities, supervision and general presentation of the stadium and associated services at the Oakleigh Recreation Centre.

The objective of the position is to maximise business opportunities and usage of the stadium and that attendees adhere to the stadium conditions of use and relevant policies and procedures. The position is responsible for coordinating Stadium Officers to support supervision of the stadium.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of Stadium Officers responsible for supporting the objectives of the role
- Deliver exceptional customer experience when interacting with customers online, via phone and in person
- Respond to booking requests and identify business opportunities to maximise the utilisation of stadium facilities
- Manage the administration of court bookings, including allocating of courts, sending booking confirmations, communication of stadium conditions of use, and issuing and follow-up to invoices related to facility hire
- Assist with direct supervision and monitoring of court bookings including directing users and groups to assigned courts
- Maintain positive relationships with regular user groups that may include schools, sporting clubs and sporting associations
- Oversee all aspects of facility presentation and reporting of maintenance to ensure a high level of cleanliness and facility availability

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience and leadership within the leisure industry
- Current Level 2 First Aid with CPR Certificate
- Employee Working with Children’s Check
- Satisfactory National Police Check
- Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements
