- 254586Our Federal Government Client is looking for a **SharePoint Project Officer** to work in partnership with the Project Officer to coordinate the transition of the Client's SharePoint 2013 collaboration sites onto their SharePoint Online environment (approx. 400 sites).

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- In partnership with the Project Officer, co-ordinate the transition of SP 2013 collaboration sites onto the SharePoint Online environment (approx. 400 sites).
- Assist the Project Officer to develop and maintain a transition register document and risk register.
- Work closely with business areas to plan the transition of their content, in line with the costed package options.
- Maintain documentation related to the SharePoint migration to support the transition.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the new SharePoint Online environment.
- Support ongoing communication and change management processes.

**Essential criteria**
- Minimum 3 years' experience with SharePoint.
- Well-developed communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop IT related communications packages and communications.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and focused on delivering quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Resilience and the ability to respond in a positive and flexible manner to change and uncertainty.
- Provide timely reporting and advice to Project Officer on progress and exceptions.
- Experience with using and managing SharePoint - both server versions (SP 2013/2016) and cloud-based versions (SPO on M365).
- Familiarity with the ShareGate tool for migration activities.
