**The Role**

We're seeking a talented marketing assistant to help us drive customer growth and engagement. You'll play a key role in organizing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize, project manage, and build marketing campaigns in Shopify, Mailchimp, and Intercom
- Assist in creating and managing editorial calendars for various marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the design team to implement visually appealing and on-brand campaign materials
- Help implement effective conversion funnels to guide visitors towards joining our community
- Assist in optimizing call-to-actions (CTAs) and developing gated content to increase sign-ups
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to regular reports on key metrics
- Work closely with the SEO team to ensure campaign content aligns with our SEO strategy
- Collaborate with the customer support team to gather insights and improve campaign effectiveness

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels
- Proven experience in building out marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Shopify for e-commerce campaign management (most important)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing campaign performance
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

**Tools We Use**

- FigJam to assist in building creative briefs and UX journeys
- Wordpress
- GetSiteControl to manage site popups

**Work Environment**

This is a fully remote position. However, we require at least 4 working hours to be compatible with AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Timezone, UTC +10) to allow for synchronous communication with our core team.
