**The role**
The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. This role will help to support and drive the overall growth and strategy execution across the consumer lending product offerings.
**Your opportunity**
The Acquisition Strategy and Partnerships Manager role will be critical in driving new Acquisition growth across our Personal Loans and Buy Now Pay Later products. Play a key role in onboarding new partnerships and drive the acquisition strategy roadmap to further grow the overall portfolio.
**The role and Day-to-day will include**:
- Negotiating and onboarding of new marketing partnerships to build acquisition growth across our Personal Loans and Buy Now, Pay Later products.
- Driving the development and execution of Acquisition marketing and customer incentive campaigns
- Partnering with the Digital Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute on the Acquisition strategy and roadmap.
- Undertaking business development and marketing activities to proactively source new engagements
- Providing key reports and metrics on overall key performance indicators
- Proactively managing ongoing partners and relationships
**What you will bring**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce Degree (or similar) qualification
- Strong track record of maintaining and growing external partnership accounts
- Experience in Acquisition and/or customer incentive campaign development and execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work at pace and alongside numerous business units
- The ability to proactively drive and acquire new business partnership opportunities
- A strong controls and risk management mindset
