An exciting new **fine dining venue** in the City Beach area is seeking a skilled **Sommelier** to join its opening team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the wine experience for a restaurant focused on precision, elegance, and hospitality at the highest level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate and manage a world-class wine list showcasing both iconic and emerging producers.
- Provide thoughtful wine pairings to complement a contemporary, produce-driven menu.
- Educate and support the service team through regular tastings and training sessions.
- Maintain cellar operations, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and management teams to craft a cohesive guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers or equivalent (WSET Level 3+ preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fine dining or hatted/Michelin-style environment.
- Strong palate, deep global wine knowledge, and exceptional guest engagement skills.
- A collaborative, humble, and detail-oriented approach to service.
