Danfoss is looking to hire an exceptional** **hands-on **Office Administration Manager **who will be responsible for the global service functions in our Sydney office.

This role will be responsible for finance, facilities, quality, work health and safety and operational support for the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, the following.
- Collect mails, deposit bank cheques, fill company documents and contracts and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders and filing.
- Respond to daily inquiries related to business operations activities from external stakeholders including suppliers, government agencies and business partners
- Coordinate and control stationery and printing supplies, IT equipment, telecommunications, and office supplies.
- Liaise with Danfoss Pacific Finance team as required with retrieval, filing, and scanning of documents into the finance system
- Co-ordinate with Global Shared Services overseas to ensure invoices are entered and 1st approval conducted into the ERP system on time
- Check and verify expenses, allocate payments and manage the online travel and indirect procurement systems according to Danfoss guidelines provide information for annual review of local insurance policies
- General HR administration support as required, such as reconciliation of leave records
- Coordinate facility management and consolidation, including oversight of the security of the building, management of repair and maintenance, and coordination of compliance activities according to local legislations
- Lead the environment, health, and safety (EHS) for Sydney site and support ISO and other accreditation processes
- Ensure the accuracy of shipping and importing documents and liaise with Customs, shipping/logistic companies as required
- Liaison with Global Logistic teams to ensure goods are managed and delivered to customer sites as required
- Lead a team to deliver Danfoss logistics KPIs
- Maintain the stock level accuracy and lead the annual stock-take together with the Pacific Finance team

**Background & Skills**:

- Minimum - Diploma education (or equivalent)
- Previous administration, accounts, logistics, inventory and facility management experiences required
- Previous experiences of leading a small team in a global company would be an advantage
- Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential
- SAP or ERP system experience would be advantageous
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Basic understanding of environment, health and safety workplace regulations
