We have an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our finance team with a key focus on leasing. You will be based in our head office at Huntingwood NSW. You will join a collaborative team and be responsible for coordination of all leasing administrative tasks. We are looking for someone with a background in banking or finance with exposure to leasing processes.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate with finance department and branches nationally for rental financing of industrial machines- Participate in branch production meetings- Ensure that sale invoices are obtained from the financers in a accurate and timely manner- Ensure that monthly rental invoices are produced accurately in a timely manner- Liaise with and support internal and external customers on rental enquires- Research and seek process and system improvement opportunities
Requirements for success:
- Experience working in the banking or finance industry- Qualifications in commerce or finance- Understanding of leasing is preferred- Strong numeracy and Microsoft Office skills including Excel- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to multitask
