**Your new role awaits**

We are transforming the way we service the talent needs of our business nationally and embracing some of the latest tools and technology solutions in doing so.

In this newly created role, you will work closely with the business to:

- proactively source for the most critical roles,
- build and streamline our Talent Pools and
- effectively partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand and support additional end to end recruitment.

**If you join us, you will**:

- Maintain an 'expert' level of competence in leveraging sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
- Ensure the Talent Team maintains an effective talent pool framework within our ATS - design and conduct effective campaigns

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in evolving our Talent function; whether related to Diversity and Inclusion, or assisting with a variety of Talent projects including international recruitment.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

Solid experience in a similar role within an in-house recruitment team, with a track record of effectively partnering with businesses to source a range of roles, both blue and white collar, in a high-volume environment.

In addition, you will:

- Have intermediate to advanced level experience with a variety of sourcing channels (eg LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search)
- Be comfortable with managing your own time and exceeding own targets
- Have a naturally positive and resilient attitude
