We're on the lookout for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract and secure exceptional talent. In this key role, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment and build strong, future-ready talent pipelines.

You'll take the lead in proactively sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates, ensuring we're ahead of the game when it comes to finding the right people for the right roles. As a trusted advisor, you'll guide hiring managers through every step of the recruitment journey, foster meaningful relationships, and champion Coates as an employer of choice.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including writing job ads, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, coach them on best practices, and support decision-making throughout the hiring process.
• Champion Coates' employee value proposition internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain professional networks with recruitment specialists and industry contacts to support proactive sourcing and keep up to date with best practices.

What you'll bring to the role

• 3+ years' experience in internal and/or external recruitment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes. Experience within a national organisation will be highly regarded.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, focused on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Well-planned and structured, with strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar recruitment and HR systems.
