Due to the continuous success and growth of our regional leadership teams, we have an exciting leadership opportunity as the **Area Manager** for our **NIKE **stores in **NSW.**

- Retail Prodigy Group_ are the master retail franchise partner for _NIKE_ Stores across Australia and New Zealand and the Retail Operations Partner for _Samsung_ Stores across Australia. With an extensive portfolio of Retail stores across, we are a team of talented and passionate retailers, committed to setting a new benchmark in retail.
**Reporting to the NSW Regional Manager, your key responsibilities will include however are not limited to**:
- Managing a portfolio of **NIKE **stores within **NSW**:
- Drive Ultimate Customer Experience through achievement of Conversion and Sales Budget in your stores.
- Supporting each of your Store Manager’s plan to achieve Conversion and Sales Budget, ensuring these plans are implemented and executed effectively.
- Ensure our On Point Leadership model is brought to life, driving Conversion, Sales and Customer Experience improvement.
- Developing the competencies of your management team in all stores.
- Conducting daily store visits to your team.
- Coaching, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve KPI's.
- Recruiting the best talent possible to deliver the _Ultimate Customer Experience._
- Succession planning across all levels of your team.
- Managing the performance and results of your team.
- Ensuring that customer experience is delivered through service and deep product knowledge.
- Ensuring Operational Compliance in partnership with the Regional Operations Manager.
**To be successful in this role you have**:
- Extensive retail experience at a Regional or State or Area Manager level.
- A passion for delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience._
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and profit.
- Operational excellence and the ability to formulate and execute strategic plans.
- Comprehensive coaching skills with a motivational and inspirational management style.
- Experience in succession planning and developing strong leaders.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise daily work.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
