**The Role**
Reporting to the State Manager, in this role you will successfully manage a portfolio of 15 stores, focusing on business performance, high customer satisfaction, cultural performance, and lend support to franchise partners and cluster manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Revenue & Profitability: Develop and execute strategies and plans to improve sales, increase productivity and margin performance across the network that delivers improved sales and store profitability.
- Customer Experience: Work with Franchise Partners, Cluster Managers and Clinic Managers to develop a high standard of customer service
within the clinics.
- Focus on franchisee relationships and driving in store performance, profitability, and compliance. Build positive relationships with clinics and foster a partnership approach to improving business
performance.
**About You**
You are en experienced multi-site Manager within retail and/or beauty. Resilient, thoughtful, & people focused, you lead by example, mentoring & reward & recognising your team.
You have sound understanding of managing budgets & good business acumen.
You are committed & passionate about a career, with ongoing willingness to learn & grow professionally.
