We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our new Southbank offices. As a key member of the DKSH Australia Accounts Receivable team, you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable collections, reconciliation, and reporting, with a primary focus on key customers within our Performance Materials Business Unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and reconcile all accounts receivable and collection transactions for timely monthly and yearly closing
- Follow up on payments, resolve disputes, and provide clarifications to debtors for efficient collections
- Collaborate with customers to ensure accurate and timely recovery of payments through close monitoring and reconciliation of balances
- Support customer rebate calculations and accurately process approved amounts to customer ledgers
- Prepare debtors aging reports and reconcile receipts against invoices/aging
- Respond to queries and clarifications from internal stakeholders on debtors' outstanding balances and collections

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of five years hands-on experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing accounts receivable ledgers and resolving internal and external customer issues
- Experience within the FMCG industry
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and reconciliation skills
- Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
