Our Brand, Media, and Content team are marketing experts delivering best in class solutions to support the organisation’s digital content strategy. Within this centre of excellence sit the Content and Social Engagement team where we currently have an opportunity for a Social and Content Specialist in a permanent, part time capacity: 0.6 FTE / 45 hours per fortnight.

**This role can be based in the following locations**: Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.

**As the Social and Content Marketing Specialist you’ll**:
Source, produce, and deliver quality digital content that delivers against the banks digital content strategy and agreed content pillars
Grow and engage our social media communities through financial education, branded storytelling, campaigns, and tactical product initiatives
Proactively support content initiatives and campaigns that align with the digital content and group marketing strategies as well as the group’s vision and overall strategy
Manage and produce content for the banks blogs with internal and external writers
Build, nurture, and maintain partnerships and engagement with our stakeholders across the organisation
Proactively be aware of new and emerging social media platform trends and updates
Work with the Social Operations team on brand risk and crisis management

**To be successful in the role, you'll have**:
Extensive experience successfully managing social media pages, online communities, and online content with a passion for social media and video, being highly aware of online trends

**Exceptional content creation**: demonstrating advanced skills across copywriting, image and video editing, creative concepts, audience engagement, online community building, and usage of measures to understand content performance
Expert knowledge utilising social measurement, scheduling, and monitoring platforms: eg Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc
A strong understanding of the workings of online content as it relates to SEO optimisation
Demonstrated experience with paid social content and campaigns
Experience with Canva or VistaCreate to create social assets (highly regarded)
A relevant tertiary qualification in Media, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or related discipline (highly regarded but not essential)
