**The opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our progressive Division at a time of growth. As a Customer Services Branch Team Leader, you will motivate and coach a customer-focused team to achieve outstanding results. A motivating and engaging leader, you will lead with purpose, coach for performance and support your team to achieve individual and collective objectives.

As a Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a contact centre team, dealing with complex customer enquiries across multiple taxation lines.
- Dealing with customers with heightened emotions
- Creating an environment to help customers voluntarily comply with their taxation obligations.
