We are looking for Team Leaders to join our Zam Fam You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including customer experience, workplace culture, and financial results.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience to effectively assist Restaurant Managers with setting the highest standards across all restaurant operations.

We have part time and full time positions available for the right candidate. Weekend and night time availability is a must.

What you'll do

Our Restaurant Team Leaders take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile.

  • Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our amazing and loyal customers
  • Assisting in managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and resolving any employee issues including grievances
  • Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
  • Assisting with ordering stock from various suppliers
  • Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, and reviewing policies
  • Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
  • Ensuring all Food Safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
  • It is important to note that this is a hands-on role in a fast-paced busy quick-service restaurant.
