There is now an exciting opportunity for Service Account Manager to join the Western Australia Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Service Account Managers key objective is, in collaboration with the service teams, to develop RME’s opportunities and relationships with existing Customers. This will be achieved through proactive regular contact and ensuring that the quality of the service provided exceeds the Customer’s expectations. This development is focused on cementing collaborative engagement with new and current Customers to improve their concentrator availability, to develop sales opportunities and to ensure that operational issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

You will be part of a small team based in our Bibra Lake office while reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for APA/EMERU who is based at our global headquarters in QLD.

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Required**
- At least 3 years’ aftersales support experience, preferably in a mining
- or export-related field
- Ability to seek out and develop positive relationships with Customers, as well as to follow through with proposals or quotes as appropriate
- Ability to quickly generate rapport and to understand, interpret and respond clearly to others
- Well-developed negotiation and persuasion skills
- A desire to delight Customers, going ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty and a drive to see sales through to completion
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to determine priorities, meet deadlines and take follow-up action until finalisation

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business / Commerce, Engineering, Marketing or other relevant discipline
- Technical knowledge of RME MILL RELINING systems

This role will require an element of travel around Western Australia to Customer sites and offices and therefore a current drivers licence is a requirement for this role.
