**About the opportunity**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTO Trainer Manager to promote high quality, consistent service delivery, support Trainers and site-based staff. In this role you will engage in training and assessment audits and quality assurance processes in collaboration with the RTO Compliance Manager, to ensure training materials and training delivery are current, fit for purpose and meet RTO quality standards and requirements.

The RTO Trainer Manager will support Trainers across the orgainsation’s national network, support the onboarding of new Trainers, induction facilitation, and collate feedback to identify opportunities to improve existing training.

Whilst this role is based in the Sydney CBD, there will be ongoing flexibility to work from home and in the office (3 day / 2 day split). The salary on offer is competitive and includes tax-free salary packaging options.

**Role Duties**:

- Manage the verification and compliance of Trainer documentation and qualifications
- Develop and conduct an induction program for all new Trainers
- Deliver training programs for Trainers as required
- Develop a feedback mechanism to capture and share feedback
- Ensure Trainers are appropriately qualified and have industry currency by inputting data into an LMS
- Identify and report risks associated with learning and development programs and projects
- Provide Trainers with guidance and support to achieve continuous improvement to enhance their professional development
- Work with the RTO Compliance Manager, to support and deliver RTO compliance requirements
- Provide advice and guidance to Trainers on best practice, and organisational policies and procedures

**To be successful you should have**:

- Previous experience in an RTO / VET setting, supporting and engaging Trainers
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience in program planning and project management
- Awareness of Mental Health issues
- A background in counselling, social work or crisis support is highly regarded
- Strong time-management, influencing and project support skills including the ability to be flexible in juggling conflicting priorities
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 and VET sector reporting systems, policies, and procedures
