Our client, a highly respected RTO, is seeking a passionate Real Estate Trainer and Assessor to join their team in Sydney. This role involves collaboration with professionals in property, finance, and business sectors, helping students acquire essential skills and knowledge.

The trainer will also deliver training across NSW. This project-based role balances direct student interaction and supporting the College Principal to enhance training systems and services, ensuring personalized and impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver practical, industry-relevant real estate training.
  • Ensure courses meet national standards and industry needs.
  • Support students with guidance and assessment feedback.
  • Collaborate with the College Principal to review and improve training systems.
  • Maintain compliance with WHS and EEO legislation.
Skills and Experience
  • Expertise in property, finance, or real estate industries.
  • Background in real estate and/or real estate training.
  • Ability to contribute to course development and review.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills in a training environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain.
  • Real Estate Licence or relevant qualifications.
