To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Have experience in scheduling a team of trades people
- Ability to manage multiple jobs for the field teams
- Have experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable invoice processing
- Experience in SIMPRO would be highly regarded
You will have:
- Proven communication skills
- High organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Be reliable and hardworking
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently unsupervised and in a team
- Have a strong work ethic
- Due to our high volume of repeat clientele - attention to detail is a must
The person we are looking for will be the right fit for our team. An excellent remuneration with above award wages will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
