Olympus will be the sixth venue from the team behind Sydney institutions The Apollo and Cho Cho San in Potts Point, Brisbane's Greca and Yoko Dining, located at the vibrant and bustling Howard Smith Wharves and The Apollo in Tokyo. Set to open as the Centerpiece restaurant in the new Wunderlich Lane precinct opening later this year, the 200-seat restaurant and bar is inspired by ancient Greek grill house cooking and designed to be a place of celebration perfect for sharing great food with loved ones.

- Assist with food prep and cleaning.
