Nomad Sydney opened in Surry Hills in 2013 and was quickly recognised as a restaurant that is convivial, relaxed and fun dining room with a focus on cooking over fire, excellent wine and cocktails and refined service.

- Commitment, passion and appreciation for all things food & beverage and the hospitality industry
- Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.04 - $30.10 per hour
