Sydney-based hospitality group Liquid & Larder is searching for an important addition to the team at **Bar Julius,**a casual dedicated Kitchen Porter.

**About The Venue**:
Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner.

Bar Julius is The Eve’s European-inspired lobby bar. A welcoming and vibrant hub that caters to every taste—open early and up late, from caffeine to cocktails served alongside all-day bistro classics.It’s a place for our guests to settle in and reset in this nostalgic bar

**About The Roles**:
To thrive in our team, you’ll need to be consistent, self-assured, and ready to take on a hands-on role. Attention to detail and a positive work attitude are essential as we deliver an exceptional fast paced dining experience.

Prior experience in a bustling, energetic kitchen is preferred, along with a keen eye for detail to ensure the consistent quality of our offerings. This will be mostly day services, offering 25 - 30 hours a week with the opportunity to learn new skills.

And most importantly, you’ll have fun whilst doing it

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Keep dishes, pots, and pans sparkling clean
- Stay on top of rubbish and recycling
- Keep the kitchen safe, tidy, and ready to roll
- Jump in to help chefs and the team when needed
- End the shift with a spotless kitchen
- Bonding with your team

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a kitchen porter role
- A confident and calm demeanour
- A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, mornings and evenings
