**Assistant Gardener - Family Property, Bowral**

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on **Assistant Gardener** to help maintain a beautiful private family garden in Bowral.

**About the Role**:
This position offers a minimum of **25 hours per week across 3 weekdays**, with the potential to work **1 Saturday per quarter**. You’ll work closely with the lead gardener to support the upkeep and care of an established, well-loved garden.

**Duties Include**:

- General garden maintenance (mowing, weeding, pruning, planting)
- Maintaining garden beds, lawns, and hedges
- Assisting with seasonal planting and landscaping projects
- Operating garden tools and equipment safely
- Keeping outdoor areas clean and tidy

**Requirements**:

- Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
- A keen interest in plants and gardening
- Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Must have own transport to Bowral property
