**What they are looking for**:

- Previous experience in winery service with knowledge in wine, vineyards, and wineries
- Must be at least 18 years old, with valid RSA
- Must be fully vaccinated and authorised to work in Australia
- Has the right positive attitude, presentable, friendly, and determined
- Can organise and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

**About the job**:

- Present and serve a variety of wines available in the menu list
- Provide premium fine dining customer service
- Research and recommend latest wine lists to chef and management
- Ensure wine cellar is fully stocked and organised
- Follow health, safety, and quality standard procedures
