**Casual Sommelier / Wine Waiter - ESCA Venues (Nour / Aalia), Sydney**

We are looking for a casual sommelier or wine waiter to join our front-of-house team and enhance the guest experience with your wine expertise.

**About the Role**

As a casual sommelier/wine waiter, you will:

- Assist with wine service, recommending pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve wine with confidence and professionalism.
- Support the FOH team during service to maintain a smooth and efficient flow.
- Work under the guidance of the Head Sommelier or senior FOH staff.
- Deliver excellent hospitality in line with the high standards of ESCA venues.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in wine service or as a sommelier in a fine dining or high-quality restaurant.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage pairings.
- Professional, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
