**About the role**:
We're seeking polished, customer-oriented _**Sales Consultants **_to join our team on a **full-time basis** and become the face of our brand.

As a **CALIBRE **Sales Consultant, you'll work one-on-one with customers to provide personalized luxury outfitting and styling services, while supporting the Store Business Manager.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of CALIBRE products.
- Assisting in building our VIP customer database.
- Creating a memorable experience for anyone walking through the CALIBRE doors.

**About You**:

- previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- proven record of generating repeat business through luxury service
- self-motivated, driven to exceed KPI's and targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Monthly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
