**WHY YOU WANT THIS ROLE**

Location, location, location This role is based in the ABN Group Home Collective Building in Leederville. If you don’t know what that is, we suggest you Google it because it is absolutely stunning, and we just know you will be proud to walk in to work every day Please note this role is
**_not_** for ABN Group, it is for one of their key suppliers who have staff based in the building.

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

You will be learning the ropes and working closely with two Consultants who cut their teeth as tradies but then pivoted into sales and design roles. Your initial few weeks will be spent learning the ropes and covering the whole sales process with a focus on sales administration. Over time, you will be trusted to work with your own clients whilst still assisting the two consultants with their administration. This is a role suited to someone who has some experience in sales (perhaps retail) and wants to take the next step into becoming a fully-fledged sales expert.

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

In order to fit into this team, you need to be bubbly, hardworking and not take yourself too seriously. We are seeking someone who has experience in sales, ideally within a retail environment. That being said, if you are someone who is technically minded and great at customer service but do not have retail experience, we will still consider you. We aren’t seeking someone who is into pushy tactics, rather, we are wanting someone who finds joy in finding solutions and is great at building trusted relationships with people from all walks of life. If you do this, the sales will come.

You will need to be available to work one Saturday a month and will receive an RDO.
