About the Role

Movement Improvement is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Physiotherapist with a strong interest in musculoskeletal, sports, and human movement rehabilitation to join our friendly Coorparoo team.
We have established connections within the competitive swimming community and are expanding our presence across the wider sporting field. Alongside our sports focus, we also specialise in improving human movement to help people living with chronic pain and those recovering from complex injuries requiring a multidisciplinary approach.
This is an exciting opportunity to begin your physiotherapy career with mentorship, structured learning, and exposure to a diverse and rewarding caseload.
What You'll Be Doing- Conducting physiotherapy assessments under guidance and supervision as you develop your clinical confidence.
- Developing and implementing personalised treatment and rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal, sporting, and chronic pain conditions.
- Delivering evidence-based treatments such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex injuries and chronic pain.
- Assisting in injury prevention and performance enhancement for athletes and active individuals.
- Building strong therapeutic relationships to motivate, educate, and empower patients.
- Maintaining accurate and professional clinical records.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or due to graduate soon).
- Current AHPRA registration (or pending).
- A passion for musculoskeletal, sports, and movement-based physiotherapy.
- Interest or experience in chronic pain management and multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a supportive private practice team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to professional development.
