If you love travel and enjoy working with customers you’ll love working here We are currently seeking an enthusiastic **Customer Service Expert** to be a key member of our talented team to manage and coordinate working holiday makers arriving in Australia and New Zealand to commence their gap year.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain relationships with customers by building rapport and being their support system
- Coordinating job interviews pre arrival
- Managing our internal database with regular check ins with all of our customers
- Booking additional accommodation, airport transfers & tours
- Conducting engaging virtual orientation sessions when customers arrive in Australia & New Zealand

**Minimum Requirements**
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer orientated to deliver a premium experience
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Self-motivation
- Attention to detail

This position is **full** **time** with an **immediate** start.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
