**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team.
Whilst you will initially be based on our Mater Hospital project, this is a long-term career opportunity with John Holland offering growth opportunities and strong pipeline of iconic projects.
**What you will do**:
- Maintain project-related document control register, database and hard copy filing system.
- Ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirements.
- Identify, record, and communicate issues with registered documents.
- Maintain storage and archiving of project and organizational records (electronic and hard copy)
- Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.
- Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience in Aconex as a document management system would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of project management systems and processes
- Experience in project environment or equivalent industry
- Confident in liaising with various stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Records Management
