**What you will be doing**

We are looking for a team player to join our supportive Billing team with an opportunity to work in critical data development for key clients within the region.

**This role will**:

- Maintain accuracy and completeness of billing data within ServiceNow CMDB
- Ensure data reflects the services being delivered and are aligned to the contractual resource units in the contract
- Meet billing SLA’s regarding collection / validation of key attributes aligned to contractual expectation
- Maintain a set of processes and systems controls that ensure that all data feeds are received on time and are accurate - work proactively with delivering lines of service to remediate missing / incomplete data
- Maintain necessary metrics to share with data contributors / suppliers and use as baseline for discussions for monthly meetings and operational reviews
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, customers and your fellow team members - including preparing for and leading pre-approval sessions with client
- Ensure clear communication with key data providers, internal and external customer is at the forefront of delivery.
- Contribute to the cross training initiative within the Billing team through open communication, participation and in some cases leading training sessions

**The skills you will bring**
- Proven experience in managing billing data into complex ITSM environment eg using ServiceNow and managing billing outcomes in GSAP
- Previous billing production experience
- in a complex billing environment - at least 2 years
- Process documentation experience
- Reporting / metrics experience - ability to work competently with large volumes of data
- Process improvement experience
- Advanced MS Excel user
- IT Industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - will be key contact for strategic client
- Australian Citizenship is required due to Government client regulations.
