Data Integrity Controls:

- Maintain accuracy and completeness of billing data with ServiceNow CMDB - including regular extract and validation of key data attributes to maximize invoicing outcomes
- Ensure data reflects the services being delivered and are aligned to the contractual resource units in the contract
- Meet billing SLA’s regarding collection / validation of key attributes aligned to contractual expectation
- Maintain a set of processes and systems controls that ensure that all data feeds are received on time and are accurate - work proactively with delivering lines of service to remediate missing / incomplete data
- Maintain necessary metrics to share with data contributors / suppliers and use as baseline for discussions for monthly meetings and operational reviews
- Identify any risks to Head of Billing in consideration of impact to DXC TECHNOLOGY and the customer
- Remediate issues with data providers in core systems and escalate appropriately
- Active engagement in process improvement initiatives that will positively impact the quality of data into the Billing organisation
- Adhere to Corporate Finance policy with respect to invoicing protocol and deadlines
- Ensure SOX controls are in place and process managed in accordance with control expectations - and documentation is up to date
- SAP
- Ensure data is delivered to the Billing Operations team in direct alignment with data specifications for SAP processing - there may be variations by client and product set
- Working within the Data Integrity team to ensure new products / resource units / pricing are accommodated in accordance with the requirements of SAP
- Documentation
- Ensure working instructions for your key processes are documented
- Ensure all processes are audited for usability across the team and published on the intranet.
- Contribute to business requirements documentation, when required be available to review proposal and contracts and provide feedback on risks, issues, opportunities.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, customers and your fellow team members
- Ensure clear communication with key data providers, internal and external customer is at the forefront of delivery.
- Be open about issues, what actions are taken and likely resolution timeframe.
