**Senior Accounts Payable / Payroll Officer**
- 2 - 3 month Contract position
- 22 hours per week. Mon - Wed.
- Work close to home.

**About the Company**

Located in Bendigo, Regional VIC, our client is the leading natural resource management agency in North Central Victoria. They pride themselves on integrating community values in the planning and coordination of land, water and biodiversity management.

**About the Role**

Working with the Management Accountant you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the business. Offering flexible working hours you will be required to work Monday and Wednesday. Would suit someone looking for school hours.

**Your Duties**
- Provide high level financial support / report in relation to accounts, payroll and day to day financial matters
- Resolve discrepancies
- Maintenance of document management systems
- Review all vendor file changes in Technology One to ensure correct
- Asset Management
- End of Month Management
- Payroll functions including but not limited to maintenance of the payroll system, processing of payroll for staff, board and subcommittee members
- Other duties as required including

**Qualifications and Experience.**
- Experience in the use of Technology One would be an advantage
- Several years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to master computer programs and competent in the use of MS word and Excel
- Sound problem solving abilities.
