This national company that operates across a leading sector that adds value to the community is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a contract basis for 6-month. This role is in a Bendigo office location.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:

- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Coding of invoices
- High volume processing of invoices into the accounting system
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts
- Assisting with payment runs
- Assisting with supplier reconciliations

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Experience in an accounts payable position
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
