**Automotive Service Manager - Canberra**

Our clients are seeking an experienced, hands-on, customer-centric Service Manager to join their well-established team. Ideally, you will have current or previous experience in an automotive dealership service department and will have a proven track record of consistently high CSI results.

The role will consist of managing the Service Departments, generating profit, monitoring staff performance - efficiencies & productivity. Providing leadership and mentoring your team while maintaining high customer satisfaction & retention.

You will be responsible for Service operations including dealing with customer’s needs, manufactures warranty and achieving monthly budgets. We are looking for a highly organised individual with experience in the role that can operate in a busy environment. Previous experience as a Service advisor or Service manager is advantageous.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Manage Service staff and coordinate workshop bookings
- Sound knowledge of workshop processes
- Demonstrate transparency with management and direct reports
- A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and Commitment to exceed customer expectations
- Attention to detail and highly structured
- Ability to develop and mentor your team whilst motivating and driving team performance
- Valid manual/auto drivers’ license.
