As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our people-centred approach.

**Position: HR Manager** We are currently seeking a talented HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and vibrant environment where your expertise will contribute to the success of Dumpling Chef.

*Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

**Responsibilities**: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Staff recruitment, including advertising, interviewing, identity verification, onboarding, and training processes.
- Ensuring compliance with wages awards, conditions, and employment regulations.
- Managing rostering, time sheet reviews, and staff scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling all HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Managing the employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and career progression.

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Sound understanding of employment laws, wages awards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle HR-related issues and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Must speak English and Chinese.

**Salary**: $56,650.55 - $96,593.88 per year
