**About the Role**
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a
**Maintenance**
**Coordinator **to join our
**Dandenong **branch.

**Main duties of the roles include**:

- Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
- Adapt, promote, and encourage a Safety-First approach.
- Create an effective and efficient daily driver schedule, to deliver optimal results and total customer service. This involves being responsible for specific runs and drivers as well as route management planning and review daily.
- Safety and compliance management.
- At all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner, recognising the key role you have as primary contact between the customers and Supagas.

**Skills & Experience**
- Monitor and action vehicle maintenance in a timely manner in line with Fleet and Branch requirements.
- Monitor and manage defects reported from start to finish
- Monitor and manage equipment reliability with the support of the telematics manager
- Monitor and manage branch vehicle activities, regular checks, compliance etc.
- Propose process improvements to management and assist in implementation of improved processes.
- Attend and be prepared for Logistics, Training, HR and Management meetings as required.
- Promote the benefits of Supagas & Supagas products
- Work in a team environment and work together to maximise the productivity of the team.
- Maintain safety, tidiness and housekeeping throughout entire office.
- Report any hazards or problems immediately to your supervisor at all times.
- Assist the company to educate our customers and make sure all customers handle and store gas appropriately and safely.
- Provide an environment for all internal and external customers to feel comfortable and valued - you need to live the values and set the example
- Other tasks as required from time to time
