- **Salary: $98,478 - $104,475 p.a. + super + NFP salary packaging of up to $11,660 p.a.**

SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our collaborative HR team. You'll work closely with operational leaders who are committed to building supportive, high-performing teams—and help them achieve their goals through strong people practices.

**About the role**
- Partner with leaders to resolve workplace issues and support team performance
- Provide tailored advice on conduct, conflict resolution, performance improvement, and culture
- Use emotional intelligence and professional judgement to de-escalate issues and influence outcomes
- Draft high-quality correspondence and reports
- Provide advice on employee relations matters to ensure they are managed in line with relevant legal principles and support positive employee engagement
- Contribute to workforce initiatives that strengthen capability and leadership

**About You**

To be successful you will bring:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
- Solid written communication, including the ability to draft professional documentation
- Understanding of conduct processes and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a heavy workload with competing priorities
- Experience as a HR Advisor or Consultant (or similar)
- Tertiary qualifications (or significant progress) in HR, Psychology, Management or a related discipline
- Experience within Public Sector is not essential however some exposure to health care would be advantageous
