**About the role**:
The Client Office team provides a key interface between the department, the delivery agency and health services. The team manages the collation of client requirement documents for health infrastructure projects, as well as concise and timely advice and assurance of project requirements during project development and delivery. This work includes embedding the new Client Model Assurance Framework that sets out how projects integrate into the health system and assures that intended benefits are realised. This role will provide comprehensive strategic advice to the Client Office on change management and implementation of this new way of working. This role will also support the Office of the Executive Director in advising how the implementation of change impacts the wider branch and lead projects related to team resourcing, work planning and cross-project collaboration.

- Experienced in change management for organisational transformation
- An expert in Client delivery models including previous work with assurance frameworks
- Capable of crafting strategic communications for diverse stakeholders
- Strong in providing strategic advice to executives and key decision makers
- Passionate about supporting the Department of Health's dream that Victorians are the healthiest people in the world

**Key Role Responsibilties**
- Provide comprehensive advice to Client Office leadership and the Executive Director, Health System and Asset Planning
- Create a change management plan to ensure a strong transition into the Client Model
- Initiate and support change management activities within the team and wider branch
- Implement the strategic communications plan for the Client Office, including strategic messaging around the change in model and clear instructions on new processes
- Maintain project timelines and identify emerging risks
- Foster stakeholder relationships within the branch and with the delivery authority

**Qualifications / Specialist Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in Change Management, Project Management or Communications would be highly regarded.
- Previous experience with the Client delivery model is preferred.
