Hatch is supporting Myob to find a great Solution Manger - Consulting Services to join their Consulting and Professional Services team. **About the role at Myob**

We are looking for an experienced people leader with a proven background in leading consulting teams, driving change, innovating systems and processes, and above all else, driving fantastic outcomes for our Enterprise Payroll, HR, and Workforce Management (WFM) customers.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Organizational Design - Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
- Client Communication and Relationship Building - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives
