**Role Purpose**
As the Health, Safety and Compliance Manger based at Wetherill Park / Chullora, you will work with an experienced and highly competent HSC advisor to manage to 2 large operational sites, 1 new site and 4 satellite sites throughout NSW. Travel will be required but is shared with the advisor and limited.

Supported by an experienced national team, an established safety management systems and an injury management platform, you will strive for:

- A physical and psychologically safe working environment
- Create a supportive, trusting and no blame safety culture
- Continuous improvements inline with national strategy and localised for relevance
- Deliver high quality training programmes to all levels of the business
- Conduct robust audit programmes with a focus on operational excellence

Other skills we are looking for include:

- Diploma of WHS/OHS from an accredited Australian tertiary institution
- ICAM incident investigation methodology
- TAE40110 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Strong knowledge around CoR
