**The Organisation**:
Our client is one of Melbourne’s most well respected home builders. They are renowned for building stylish architecturally designed homes.
The client operate across many sectors - High end custom homes valued $600k -$3M
As well as offering affordable turn key Investment homes.
With a strong pipeline of home sales, they are seeking additional skilled drafters to join their team of industry leading professionals.
They provide an exceptional working environment and are renowned for their supportive dynamic culture.
**The Role & Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing a portfolio of 60 - 70 client files
- Permit Applications (Building Permits, Occupancy Permits);
- Booking and Conducting Contract Appointments;
- Customer Service
- dealing with clients on a daily basis, keeping regular contact and providing updates throughout the course of the build;
- Problem Solving - First point of contact for clients;
- Preparing clients for settlement.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Administrative / Customer Service capacity within the Construction industry **(experience working with a volume builder would be advantageous);**:
- Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to prioritise, plan and achieve project objectives across multiple concurrent projects.
