**About the role: - **Asset Administrative Officer

This **_full time permanent_** role within Uniting's Property & Housing team is responsible for coordination and administrative activities associated with asset management including property contracts, property management, maintenance requests and maintenance activities, enabling optimum asset management and maintenance services in the field.

**Experience, skills and about you**:

- Experience working in a property/maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of contractor management and WH&S requirements
- Excellent computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft suit of products
- Following up on invoicing with finance and contractors
- Capacity to prioritise in a dynamic operation environment
- Customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to show flexibility and innovation

**Even Better**:

- Experience in Aged Care and/or Retirement Living
- CMMS experience or knowledge or systems
