At SUMS Group we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well-spoken sales representative to join our sales team in Belrose on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be successful as a sales representative you should be a good listener and able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Up-selling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- You will need to attend the office in Belrose, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
- Previous selling experience in B2B
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

**Salary**: $44,516.43 - $124,417.15 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BELROSE, NSW 2085: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
