**About The Role**:
You will be responsible for category profit and contribution through alignment of the online exclusive range offering with trade partners, customers and market, while striving to deliver a customer centric shopping experience and solution-based offerings online.

**Day to day will include, but not limited to**:

- Sales & Financial Performance: Manage sales, GP and Trade Partner support to budget
- Category Management: Effectively manage all aspects of the online exclusive ranges, ensuring performance aligns to business objectives
- Product Range Management: Complete regular and comprehensive range reviews
- Stakeholder Relationships: Integral to success is building & maintaining effective partnerships, internally & externally

**About You**:

- Category management experience within online/eCommerce or retail space an advantage
- Advanced interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective business relationships both internally and externally
- Trade Partner relationship management experience
- Articulate communication skills, with confidence to present at all levels
- Strong negotiation abilities
- High-level analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
