**About the role**:
The Organisational Development (OD) Lead plays a key role in the success of our People Strategy. Critical to success is the ability to put people and the people experience at the centre of everything we do. Supported by the L&OD Manager, the OD Lead will provide expert advice, thought leadership and hands on solution design for strategic programs and practices including talent and succession planning, performance and development, leadership, and capability frameworks.

There will be an element of coaching to support leaders across the business, as well as a focus on high quality communication and engagement activities. This role may be required to facilitate occasionally. This role contributes to Officeworks’ position as an employer of choice in the market and community.

This role has a national scope and is responsible for:

- Designing and developing Organisational Development initiatives across the business such as talent and succession planning, performance and development, leadership, capability frameworks and graduate/ internship programs
- Engaging the People team and leaders in the wider business to provide advice and communicate on a range of Organisational Development initiatives
- Driving the identified critical capabilities in all strategic and cyclical people activities
- Using data and analytics to inform progress and maturity of Organisational Development initiatives
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to manage Org Design and Job Architecture in Success Factors
- Project managing the design and development of Organisational Development programs and practices

Researching emerging trends in Organisational Development to build knowledge into Officeworks’ people strategy

Currently this position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:

- Are highly collaborative with proven ability to be customer focused and build collaborative partnerships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to support the Officeworks’ business objectives
- Possess the ability to diagnose Talent Management issues to recommend, design and deliver appropriate improvement or strategies at an individual, team and organisational level
- Are experienced in developing continuous improvement process in organisational development initiatives
- Degree qualified in HR/ Psychology required. Further Organisational Psychology qualifications and/or accreditation in psychometric assessments desirable. is highly desirable.
