**About the role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Lead, to join our Digital Marketing team and report to the Senior Manager -Digital Marketing. Working closely with the Senior Manager Digital Marketing and agencies to develop SEM and performance digital media strategies that increase commercial returns, brand advocacy, and loyalty, customer engagement, community size and traffic to Officeworks’ content hub, Noteworthy and to the ecommerce site, as part of our digital customer journey, as well as drive in-store traffic

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that thrives on challenges, is a quick thinker, creative and can juggle many task with ease.

Some tasks include;
- Manage, understand, and lead paid SEM and Performance Digital media activities across the business
- Communicate and collaborate with others in the Marketing team and wider business to help build and deliver digital media activity and strategies tailored to channel, category, and business needs
- Day-to-Day stakeholder management to ensure delivery of digital media marketing programs
- Support and guide a digital coordinator

Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:
We’re keen to speak with you if you have extensive experience in digital marketing and you have partnered with agencies and other 3rd parties. You will also have experience;
- 5+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing, media agency or eCommerce
- Strong influencing ability across many areas of the business
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of SEM execution and optimisation, test and learn methodologies, and website analytics
- The ability to lead and develop team members.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise against deadlines
