**About the role**:
As our eCommerce fulfilment network continues to expand and provide customers with more delivery choices, this key lead role will support Supply Chain with the overall transition from a traditional logistics network order fulfilment model to one that utilises the entire Officeworks site network to provide the best possible customer experience.

As part of the eCommerce team, this lead position will partner closely with members of Supply Chain, Store Central Operations, Merchandise and various other business functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements related to the continuous improvement of order fulfilment capability, performance and customer experience.

Supporting the Setup and Configuration of the entire fulfilment Network, focus will be the effective maintenance and deployment of the Flexible sourcing (order Management) system to ensure timely and accurate setup of order fulfilment nodes and supporting route and Carrier configuration.

With the core function of the role being to develop and drive new business capabilities, improving supply chain efficiency and order fulfilment performances, strong communication skills coupled with an ability to present, influence and recommend solutions is highly sought.

Utilising your existing knowledge of business systems and processes you will be responsible for:

- Maintenance of SAP Configuration for Site fulfilment and Transport delivery Routes
- Supporting Store and Supply Chain operations for any order fulfilment related enquiries
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current order fulfilment processes and capabilities gaps
- Gathering and documenting the business requirements related to the continuous improvement of order fulfilment and performance
- Assisting in the design of new solutions and processes to support new order fulfilment capabilities
- Supporting the development, implementation and training of new business capabilities and processes
- Conducting testing and business signoff of new developments
- Ensure key stakeholders and impacted teams are communicated to in a timely manner
- Order Fulfilment Management and reporting including the timely actioning and maintenance of Backorders

**About you**:
Experience leading and/or contributing to strategy development and planning for implementation is key as is your ability to influence and present with confidence. With a focus on data analysis, competency with MS Office and SAP is essential.
